Nandan recognizes the fact that the facilities are the biggest constraint in the execution of orders. We have designed our facilities to be of redundant capacity. We have factories in four locations around Mumbai in Andheri, Kurla, Navi Mumbai and Khopoli. We are also planning a further addition to capacity by means of additional plant within the next 1-2 years.

HEAD OFFICE : Marol 2500 sq ft with small assembly facility. Close to our hearts as it was established 19 years ago.
Works (Old) : Kurla 15,000 sq ft workshop which is in the heart of the city and 4 km from the airport.
Works Unit 1 :Turbhe 25,000 sq ft with shed of 5 m high and having a concrete floor 12” thick. Office building with 4000 sq of space housing a conference room, staff rooms, directors offices, stores, design room and even an in-house pantry
Works Unit 2 :Khopoli New facility with operates started in March 2008 and having a total area of 40,000 sq ft and built up shed (phase 1 ) of 15,000 sq ft of 9m height and having an EOT of 5 ton capacity  Another feature is just 20 kms from JNPT port of Mumbai
